Blog and Web tools
and
Afaik, the exhaustive list for software is small enough: Radio, AmphetaDesk, Headline Viewer. Server services are a little broader: NewsIsFree, My UserLand, 10.am, Daily Rotation, Meerkat.

I wouldn't include My Netscape since they don't support RSS anymore (more since that'd broaden the scope of "headline syndicator" to include, eg, My Yahoo and My Excite, rather than as a political/standards thing).

Dimension 4 Free
Windows 95, NT4
http://www.thinkman.com/dimension4/index.html
Download directly from:
http://www.thinkman.com/dimension4/d4time43.exe

What time is it? When working at my computer, I never could be sure of
the time by looking at the clock in my system tray. Windows is a
terrible time keeper. Dimension 4 will synchronize your PC's time with
an internet time server of your choosing.

Dimension 4 has many options for how you want to run it. I chose to
have it run when I boot my computer, wait until I connect to the
internet, synchronize the time and then exit. All this happens without
my having to do anything.

If you are having problems staying connected to the internet because
your ISP disconnects you during times of inactivity, you can set
Dimension 4 to synchronize every few minutes. This will keep your
connection active and prevent the disconnects.
